After you schedule a day and time, we will reach out to you to confirm. Make sure an adult is home to let in our licensed Home Energy Score Assessor. The assessor will need access to attic, water heater, furnace, A/C, and crawlspace. The appointment will take about and hour and at the end of the appointment you will have your home's energy score in a PDF file that can be printed for listing and financing information. This complies with City of Portland Home Energy Score requirement. The Home Energy Score will automatically be available to your real estate agent to use in the RMLS.
