• Payment Terms: Payment is due prior to or at the time of the inspection unless otherwise arranged in writing. Inspection reports may be withheld until full payment is received.

• Cancellations and Changes: We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or modifications. Late cancellations may be subject to a trip fee or administrative fee.

3. Intellectual Property & Inspection Reports

All content available through the Details Home Inspections website, including logos, graphics, text, photographs, educational materials, and other website content, is owned by or licensed to Details Home Inspections, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Electronic inspection reports prepared for a client are provided for the exclusive and confidential use of that client and their authorized real estate professional. Inspection reports may not be distributed to or relied upon by third parties without our prior written consent, except as otherwise authorized by the inspection agreement or applicable law.

4. Mobile Communications & A2P SMS Compliance

Details Home Inspections, LLC may provide SMS/text messaging communications to individuals who affirmatively choose to opt in to the applicable messaging program.

Providing a telephone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive marketing or non-marketing SMS messages.
