1. Scope of Services

Details Home Inspections, LLC provides residential and commercial property inspections, sewer scopes, radon testing, well pump testing, and water quality testing in Washington State and Oregon. All services are performed in compliance with state licensing standards.

2. Scheduling, Fees, and Payments

• Pricing: Service fees are determined by the property's square footage, age, and any bundled ancillary services.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due prior to or at the time of the inspection unless otherwise arranged in writing. Inspection reports will not be released until full payment is received.

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or modifications to appointments. Late cancellations may be subject to a trip or administrative fee.

3. Intellectual Property & Inspection Reports

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Details Home Inspections, LLC.

The electronic inspection reports generated for a client are provided for the exclusive, confidential use of that client and their authorized real estate professional. Reports may not be distributed to or relied upon by third parties without our prior written consent.

4. Mobile Communications & A2P SMS Compliance

By providing your phone number to Details Home Inspections, LLC through online forms, scheduling widgets, or direct contact, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and promotional mobile messages from us.

A. SMS Opt-In Consent

• Informational Messages: By scheduling an inspection or submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive automated text messages concerning your appointment, report status, payment reminders, and customer support.

• Marketing Messages: If you affirmatively check an opt-in box on our website or intake forms, you consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages concerning home maintenance tips, service reminders, special offers, and events.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of your relationship with Details Home Inspections, LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Washington.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The updated effective date will always be displayed at the top of this document.
