Kevin performed the home inspection on our prospective new home. He was thorough, professional and honest. His report was incredibly detailed and he shared his concerns about areas of the home that he could not inspect as thoroughly (like the roof) because it was covered in moss and slime it was very unsafe. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the walkthrough as I currently live in Honolulu, but moving to Vancouver, WA in a few days. Luckily, Brian completed the inspection with my realtor. Brian exceeded my expectations! I was impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection report and results. He found two major concerns and two safety hazards that most definitely need to be taken care of before I move in. As a potential buyer in an area in which I have no networking and no familiarity, I had to rely on our realtor, who recommended Brian and Ben to do the inspection on the house we were purchasing. Brian did an exceptional job on our home inspection! He was very flexible and made himself available when needed. He provided radon testing (cheaper than almost all competition)  in addition to standard inspections and dropped of the radon equipment early so that we did not have to wait multiple days to receive our results. The inspection was in my email the next morning along with my radon results and we found the color photos of everything and the detailed comments incredibly helpful. He even explained how our electrical was compliant (even for our FHA loan) and to code when installed but now the company is known to have failures in the breaker function and this was later confirmed by our family electrician.
