Sean was very professional. Got back to us promptly and showed up to the site early, was very efficient and when the time came to talk to us about the inspection he took his time to explain it to us, we are first time home owners so the explanation was very nice and easy to understand. Price was fair. 10/10 would recommend to anyone we know!

Absolutely wonderful! Jason did such a thorough job and was very detailed in his inspection. Our realtor was equally impressed and told us Jason did a far better and more thorough job in half the time as other inspectors he's worked with in the past.

“Home inspection, manufactured home inspection, detailed report”

“Had a great experience with Details Home Inspections. They were incredibly thorough, detailed, and informative throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood what they were seeing during and after the inspection.

They even squeezed us into their already full schedule to accommodate our inspection timeline, which we really appreciated during such a time-sensitive process. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable, and we knew exactly what to expect before the service.

They also took photos of everything and provided us with an 111-page report to review everything after the inspection and reference specific items. On top of that, they coordinated with a third-party engineer and were able to get our manufactured home cert completed the very same day, which was incredibly helpful.

Overall, we’re very happy with their service and would absolutely, 110% recommend them!!!

“Thorough and professional home inspector in Camas, WA”

“I represented myself on a home purchase in Camas, WA and spent a lot of time reading reviews before choosing an inspection company. After comparing several, I selected Details Home Inspection—and I’m so glad I did.
Scheduling was quick and easy, and Kevin was outstanding. He was informative, professional, and very prompt. When I requested an additional inspection, he went above and beyond by adding an extra day to his schedule that same week to accommodate me.
I was truly impressed by his attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to work with my added request. I’m very grateful for the experience and highly recommend Kevin and Details Home Inspection to anyone looking for a thorough and professional inspector.”
